Studio Policies

✓ Cancellation Policy: To prevent being billed for missed appointments, a 24-hour notice is required to either cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service booked. Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to cover studio fees and as a courtesy to our trainers who are compensated on a per-client basis. We thank you for respecting this policy.

 

✓ Class cards and gift certificates are available and are neither refundable nor transferable. Gift certificates and 5 class cards are valid for 3 months; 10 class cards are valid for 6 months; 20 class cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

 

✓ Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. There will be a $25 fee charged for returned checks.

 

✓ Some clients may suffer from environmental allergies so we request that you please refrain from using fragrances or hairspray in the studio.

 

✓ Per the Physical Fitness Services Act, refunds may be provided to the customer (1) within 3 business days after the first business day after the contract is signed by the customer, (2) in the event of the relocation of a customer's residence to farther than 25 miles from the studio, or (3) if the customer, because of death or disability, is unable to use or receive all services contracted prior to death or the onset of disability.
