It is now smack dab in the middle of winter. The excitement of the holidays is over. Your your New Year’s fitness resolutions worked out exactly as planned/expected. Perhaps what it all comes down to are two simple factors: the winter blues killing your motivation and, simply, boredom with everything in your routine! Trust me, we’ve all been there. Alas, an easy fix to wiz through the frigid temps can include making simple changes to your mind body training routine.
