Ballet Sculpt (Mat Class)
Using light weights, the Pilates ring, and therabands Jamie will instruct you through this ballet barre inspired class to sculpt, strengthen and elongate your body. All levels welcome, no dance experience necessary (Purchased as a Group Mat Class)

Cardio Jump Pilates
Using the jumpboard on the Reformer, you can add cardio to your Pilates practice. This is a fun, interactive, lo-impact way to get your heart rate up, strengthen your legs and core abdominal muscles.

Flow Yoga
Yoga at CRNP combines sound alignment principles, inspiring Eastern philosophy, core activation, and relaxation techniques to revitalize mind, body and spirit.

Group Equipment Class
Utilizing the Pilates Reformer and Chair, this class will give you a total body work out.

GYROKINESIS® Class
The movements performed in this class are continuous and energizing to challenge and awaken both mind and body.

Pilates Circuit
Tone your body with contemporary Pilates exercises focusing on multiple repetitions in each major muscle group while rotating through the Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Chair (Purchased as a Group Reformer class)

Pilates Combo Class
This class combines exercises on the Reformer and Chair to provide spring resistance and support to a variety of Pilates exercises. With an emphasis on technique, this class aims to increase core connection, stability and body awareness.

Pilates for Golfers
By addressing physical limitations through a series of Pilates exercises you will find symmetry and coordination, improve muscular endurance and increase your range of motion. While retraining core muscles including deep stabilizers, hip flexors and extensors, hip abductors and adductors, and spinal flexors, extensors and rotators, your swing will improve and we will help lower your handicap!
