The holidays are now behind us, but most people seem to wait until JAN-1 to make the hurdle into a new fitness regime. Don’t know about you, but after this past week(month) of eggnog and cookies - we’re ready to kick it off now!

We’ve decided that 2011 will be the year of Pilates… and you’re thinking, “Duh, you’re a Pilates studio.” WELL, it only makes sense if you see your ultimate body as lean & toned (which is all of us, right?). Whether you’re utilizing group mat classes, workshops, private sessions - or all of the above - throw in a little cardio, and Pilates is a fantastic option to achieve your fitness goals!
