Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates
The versatility of Pilates makes it a great and effective workout during pregnancy and postpartum. With proper strengthening of your abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, your pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery can be more comfortable.

Flow Yoga
Yoga at CRNP combines sound alignment principles, inspiring Eastern philosophy, core activation, and relaxation techniques to revitalize mind, body and spirit.

Cardio Jump Pilates
Using the jumpboard on the Reformer, you can add cardio to your Pilates practice. This is a fun, interactive, lo-impact way to get your heart rate up, strengthen your legs and core abdominal muscles.

Pilates with Props
Kick up your workout with a one-hour, high energy Pilates class with help of balls, BOSU, bands, Magic Circle®, rollers, weights and medicine balls.

Pilates Combo Class
This class combines exercises on the Reformer and Chair to provide spring resistance and support to a variety of Pilates exercises. With an emphasis on technique, this class aims to increase core connection, stability and body awareness.

Pilates Circuit
Challenge yourself with a full body, 60 minute Pilates workout utilizing the different equipment at the studio including reformer, chairs, BOSU, balls and weights.
