Pilates for Pregnancy

Discouraged that your usual fitness classes don’t offer enough modifications for your pregnant belly? DO PILATES!

First and foremost, make sure that you join a class with an instructor certified to instruct prenatal and postnatal Pilates. You’ll benefit much more from someone who understands exactly what the body is going through and how to modify positions to avoid discomfort.
