Lisa Miranda is certified in Pilates, Hatha Yoga, and is a level III Reiki practitioner. Inspired by Pilates and Yoga 10 years ago after a lower back injury, Pilates helped her to strengthen her mind, body and spirit and it transformed her life forever. She pursued her certifications to share this knowledge with others and has enjoyed teaching since 2003 and has taken continuing education workshops at Physical Mind and Fitness Formula.
Also an artist, Lisa studied painting & drawing, performance and movement at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and strives to connect all of these elements together to create peace, harmony and balance in her art, her work, and her life.
