Cancellation Policy

To prevent being billed for missed appointments, a 24-hour notice is required to either cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service booked. Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to cover studio fees and as a courtesy to our trainers who are compensated on a per-client basis. We thank you for respecting this policy.

• Class cards and gift certificates are available and are neither refundable nor transferable. Gift certificates are good for 6 months, 5 class cards are good for 3 months, 10 class cards are good for 6 months, and 20 class cards are good for 1 year from date of purchase.

• Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. There will be a $25 fee charged for returned checks.

• Some clients may suffer from environmental allergies; we request that you refrain from using fragrances or hairspray in the studio.
